在参加展会时,主动与过往客户交流是非常关键的。如果展位人员较多,还可以主动引导人群前来参观。以下是一些常用的展会英语表达,可根据具体行业和产品进行适当调整:

考虑到许多外国访客来中国时都会使用当地的手机SIM卡,因此他们可能会使用微信。在与客户交谈的过程中,如果客户最初不愿意提供名片,可以询问他们是否使用微信或WhatsApp,以便于后续沟通。

当客户来到展位时,或者经过展位时,可以主动说:

Hi brother/friend, nice day to you. would you mind come inside have a look? we have some coffee for you.

Hi friend, welcome to our booth, where are you from? we have prepared some coffee /candy for you, come and take a rest.

当客户进到展位后,谈论一会你就可以问他要名片了,如果他不肯给名片,就跟他要WhatsApp或者让他手写邮箱地址等。

在展会上,我们也会遇到客户主动给我们联系方式的,上次在展会就有比较多的客户经过都会要求主动添加联系方式,比如客户会说:

像这些客户,你就要赶紧联系,最好能拍个照片发给他,加强他的记忆,后续跟进了之后再问他要邮箱等信息。

在我们的行业中,当客户访问时,我们通常会先询问他们是否已经选定了投资地点,项目是用于自身需求还是投资目的,以及计划投资的具体地区等。这样的问题有助于我们清楚地了解客户的具体需求和投资意向,在确认客户确实感兴趣后,才会索取他们的联系方式。

如果客户仅仅是路过,并对我们的项目没有实际兴趣,过度强求交流只会浪费双方的时间。因此,针对不同产品和行业,我们需要采用不同的交流策略和方法。
